My strength does not come from pushing harder.

It comes from resting deeper.

When I am weary, I lean into God.

When I am overwhelmed, I pray.

I rise again not because I force myself to, but because He renews me.

This is strength—soft enough to rest, firm enough to endure, anchored not in willpower, but in grace.

But those who hope in the Lord

will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles;

they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Isaiah 40:31

Lord, renew my strength when I feel weary. Teach me to rest in You rather than rely on my own endurance. Let my strength come from Your presence, and my confidence be anchored in Your promises.
