Light 1 Samuel 2:30 - Personal Blog of Trisha Rapley, Australian Author.

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”

Light 1 Samuel 2:30 - Personal Blog of Trisha Rapley, Australian Author.

I have learned that light does not strive.

It simply is.

It does not argue with darknessor force its way forward. It arrives, and what was hidden begins to shift.

Light is how I choose truth, even when it exposes me. How I keep my heart openwhen it would be easier to close.

I carry light not by being perfect, but by being willing, willing to be seen, willing to remain soft, willing to let God work within me.

Light reminds me that clarity comes when I stay close to the Source.

Gentle Illumination Yellow is the light that does not rush me. It waits until my eyes are ready to see. It warms what has been cold with wisdom, and reveals truth without shame. Here, glory whispers instead of overwhelms. Prayer: God of light, guide my steps gently. Illuminate my path with wisdom, and let Your truth feel safe to receive.

Lord,

Thank you for calling me into your light.

Where there is confusion, bring clarity. Where there is fear, bring peace.

Teach me to walk honestly before you, to welcome the light even when it refines me.

Let my life reflect truth, gentleness, and hope, not for my glory, but for yours.

Help me remain close to you, so that what shines through me is always of you.

Amen.
