I see it in your eyes and the way your head lowers after seeing lovers holding hands while they’re walking together.

I see it because it was me not too long ago. It’s the feeling less than you deserve, it’s also losing hope because you’ve lost so much from all the heartbreak and betrayal from people you loved and trusted.

It’s important you know your time will come, and what you believe you deserve today will just be a lesson in the past of who you are no longer.

I promise with all my heart yours will come, and so will the love of your life, but until then, I’ll be here by your side, and I’ll be the one who holds your heavy heart and your hand.

Not because I have to, but because I want to. You’re the light of my life, and until you believe that, I’ll guide the way for you under the protection of Jesus Christ and the heavens His blessings come from.

I love you no less, and I’m always here, no matter how tough things get for you.
