Being such an independent woman comes with so many great attributes but also carries a tremendous amount of burdens. When a strong, independent woman has been in a chaotic relationship with boys (men they never were) or life-changing situations she carries herself differently.
There is no time for asking questions or waiting for responses. She automatically digs in a gets shit done.
You'll find a strong woman alone most of the time and believe me, it's not because it's easier because being alone is hard. It's because being so independent she adapted to a life that she never needed anyone.
It's not always because of the things she's been through it is just the focus of her heart and mind. When her life seems like chaos to anyone from the outside that is where she's at her finest.
Being busy isn't a trauma response it is a way of life for her. She hopes to look back at life and see not a moment wasted on things that could've or should've improved her own life or others.

People say the mind is an incredibly powerful thing when it's in control of positive thoughts. A strong woman's mind is that exactly.
It's her heart and soul that breaks first not her mind. "So a little advice, unless you are willing to do the work on yourself and with her, a strong woman isn't for you."
You can break a woman's heart and soul repeatedly, over and over again. She'll never go back the same but her mind will never be yours to break. A woman's mind is that of enormous strength it was forged by times she can't speak about. It is what kept her grounded and made her hold on.
If you ever come across a strong woman whose mind is broken know that her heart and soul are finally in a place of peace and healing. Whatever this woman has endured is now over and finally, it is her mind's turn to take rest and heal.
She will choose a time to let this process begin not you or I and not anyone else. Her heart and soul are both in place equally capable and strong enough to protect her now.
Always be mindful that she has built her mind up over many years to withstand anything and everything. She has processed more thoughts than a normal woman or a victim. Her thoughts never stop.
And like any muscle in the human body, it becomes strong every time it's used. She'll know more about you in one conversation than you'll get from months of time with her.
Strong women have acquired a thirst for starting again because not only does it strengthen their mind; giving them the ability to figure things out but a chance to re-model, re-shape, and re-alter their own energy and life into something much more powerful, fulfilling, and of purpose.
Remember whether it is a broken heart or a tired soul the mind of a strong woman will always carry her. She knows how to survive and so does her mind. So before you choose to love a strong woman you need to know if you win her mind, her heart and soul are already yours.
